Position Overview statement:
The Concierge Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the largest clients of Rectangle Health. This role is critical to the retention and growth of our enterprise account portfolio and must be lock-step with the relationship manager for each enterprise account. The role will ensure account related changes occur smoothly and seamlessly and any critical issues are elevated to management and/or the account manager. This individual will have an extensive knowledge of Rectangle Health’s operations and be able to build solid partnerships both internally and externally.

Primary Job Duties:
- Provide best in class customer service to our Enterprise accounts
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures
- Field all customer inquiries via phone and email support
- Meet our service level expectations and WOW our customers
- Provide empathy to our customers while resolving all matters in a friendly and tactful manner
- Maintain the accuracy of customer account data and related
- Be dependable, reliable, and work
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Back up the Customer Care team on general care inquiries
- Partner with Enterprise Account Management team to identify systematic issues or opportunities related to each client.
- Incorporate new products & services into overall Enterprise strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+years’ experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Stay calm and collected under pressure
- Strong project management skills
- Responsive- understand the importance of responding to customers in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- A customer centric attitude
- Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
- Extremely dependable, trustworthy, and reliable
- Experience in Sales Force CRM
- Credit card processing experience
Daily Responsibilities/Service Level Requirements:
- Inbound call volume on Concierge Care group line (90% + daily pick-up rate required)
- Inbound Concierge email cases (1 hour response time, 2 days or less resolution time
- Outbound call follow ups
- Assist the Relationship Manager(s) with reporting needs or mass account change needs as requested

$50,000 - $55,000 USD
