The SDR Manager will provide Rectangle Health with the strength to move to the "next level" improving our expertise, efficiency, and effectiveness by leading our in-house SDR professionals. The Manager’s prior success scaling sales teams, sense of enthusiasm, “can do” spirit, and authentic, motivational leadership will accelerate sales talent and raise our collective performance.

Primary job duties:
- Lead a High-Performance Culture
- Assist with hiring, developing, and retaining top SDR talent.
- Provide effective onboarding, performance analysis, sales enablement, training, and coaching.
- Review calls daily to coach/develop your SDRs
- Write and A/B test scripting; inspect adoption and effectiveness of scripting
- Lead by example demonstrating willingness to “get in the trenches.”
- Utilize sales metrics to reinforce culture of accountability.
- Provide training, monitoring, and coaching of sales strategy, scripting, and sales techniques to obtain more customers.
- Effectively position RH offerings against competitors
- Monitor daily KPIs to achieve monthly budget numbers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Have 5+ years of managing a sales team
- A demonstrated track record of executing against sales targets
- Passion for leading and coaching
- Excellent at developing and coaching to metrics and KPIs
- Dependable and hard-working
- Embraces change and proactively looks for ways to improve strategy
- Love working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Advanced CRM experience with SalesForce experience a PLUS
- B2B sales, call center experience is a PLUS
- Medical and/or dental industry sales is a PLUS
