Position Overview:
The IT Engineer II plays a critical role in enabling the success of our IT Team. The IT Engineer II will serve as the primary on site IT support, independently handling hardware, software and connectivity issues for both in person and remote employees while coordinating with the home office IT team. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining workstations, managing user accounts with a security first approach, overseeing IT assets, assisting with ticket triage, and participating in IT projects alongside the central team.

Primary Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary on-site IT support resource, working independently while coordinating daily with our home office IT team.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, for employees who are both in-person and remote.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provision and deprovision user accounts, maintaining accurate access controls and security compliance.
- Uphold a Security-First mindset in all tasks, including applying security patches and system updates.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including inventory tracking and documentation.
- Assist with ticket triage and ensure accurate documentation of issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Deliver clear guidance and support to end-users, fostering a positive and productive technology experience.
- Participate in company IT projects, deployments, and upgrades, working closely with the central IT team to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and end-user support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Entra.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems, including Windows 10/11 & macOS.
- Experience with Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Expertise in Office 365, Microsoft Entra, and other cloud-based productivity platforms.
- Good understanding of network security best practices.
- Industry certifications are recommended but not required.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $65,000 USD
