Job Summary:
6-12 Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in enterprise-level Copado implementation and management. In this role, you will automate Salesforce deployments and streamline DevOps processes for a large-scale client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines, adhere to best practices, and support the optimization of our client’s Salesforce platform(s).

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and manage automated deployment pipelines using Copado for Salesforce.
· Streamline release management processes, ensuring robust version control and environment management.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define deployment strategies and align them with business objectives.
· Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
· Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD, testing automation, and code reviews.
· Customize and optimize Copado workflows to meet enterprise-scale requirements.
· Provide guidance to internal teams on Copado usage and Salesforce DevOps best practices, including some discovery and planning documents for the effort.
· Stay updated on Salesforce and Copado innovations, recommending upgrades or enhancements where beneficial.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Strong hands-on experience with Copado, including setup, customization, and deployment management in enterprise Salesforce environments.
· 3+ years of Salesforce development and deployment experience, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
· Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing.
· Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, APIs, and integrations.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
· Copado Fundamentals I, Copado Fundamentals II, Copado Consultant, or Copado Robotic Testing certifications.
· Experience with other DevOps tools like Github Actions, GitlabCI, or Bitbucket.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
The base salary range for this contract position in the US is $140k - $190k annually. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.
