The Marketing Coordinator will plan, manage, and execute strategic in-person and virtual events, including webinars, executive roundtables, and partner events, to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. This role involves overseeing end-to-end event logistics, collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful experiences, and managing Partner Marketing Development Funds event sponsorships in alignment with company policies. The position requires strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making, and occasional travel (10-15%).

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, AV setup, catering, and on-site execution for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Performance Analysis: Collect post-event data and attendee feedback to evaluate ROI, engagement, and overall success; deliver performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future events.
  • Partner Marketing Development Funds Management:
    • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to identify and prioritize events for sponsorship.
    • Develop detailed event/activity descriptions and submit for approval.
    • Create and collect Proof of Performance (POP) documentation for events/activities, ensuring compliance with the Partner Marketing Development Funds Policy Guide.
    • Submit POP for approval in a timely manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, design, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop compelling marketing materials and deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Travel: Participate in event-related travel as needed, estimated at 10-15% of the time.

Skills you bring with you:

  • Proven experience in event planning and management, including both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and ROI assessment for events.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of corporate sponsorship processes and compliance with policy guidelines (e.g., Partner Marketing Development Funds Policy Guide).
  • Ability to travel as required (10-15%).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in content strategy or marketing
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other content management systems (CMS)
  • Background in content writing or content strategy
  • Familiarity with the tech industry
  • Occasional travel may be required (10 – 15%)

The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $50,000 - $60,000 annually + bonuses + benefits.  Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.  Please note that the compensation details listed in the US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
