About the Role
We’re seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to drive our HVAC business forward in the Charlotte, NC market. You’ll leverage existing relationships, Redblue’s marketing channels, and proactive outreach to develop new partnerships, solidify our presence, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities through cold and warm calls, networking, and market research.
- Relationship Building: Utilize an existing network of regional facility managers, plant operations leads, and maintenance contacts to generate leads.
- Client Engagement: Conduct on-site indoor/outdoor surveys, present tailored solutions, and maintain a professional, consultative approach.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging, coordinate marketing efforts, and close deals that meet organizational goals.
- Professional Representation: Serve as the face of Redblue, upholding our customer-focused values and commitment to quality.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM systems, generate sales reports, and ensure data integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Success: 3-5 years of documented achievements in a business development or sales capacity, ideally with commercial HVAC experience.
- Existing Network: Established connections in facility management, plant operations, or maintenance that can be leveraged to grow our client base.
- Go-Getter Attitude: You thrive on ambitious goals, persistent outreach, and delivering exceptional results.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable conducting site surveys and proficient with Office 365 products.
- Professionalism: Uphold Redblue’s standards in every interaction, whether pitching, negotiating, or finalizing contracts.
- Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel locally, with mileage/travel reimbursement provided.
- Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
