Red Cell Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in strategizing and executing our growth strategy and empowering our team to achieve exceptional results in the health, national security, and cyber sectors. 

Job Description 

Position: Senior Growth Manager 

Location:  Washington D.C area with the ability to come into our office in McLean, Virgina 2-3 days per week 

Travel: Up to 25% of the time

Role Overview 

As the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance our growth team's effectiveness across our core markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and Red Cell incubations to create and optimize sales processes, tools, and training programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategize, develop and execute best practice market enablement strategies aligned with our business objectives and core principles 
  • Managing day to day business development pipeline activities via Red Cell Partners’ CRM platform (Affinity) and close collaboration with our incubation sales and operations teams 
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, including pitch decks, playbooks, and training materials 
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and implement key firm initiatives  
  • Analyze and report on quickly evolving market sensing data (e.g.  competitive landscape, customer feedback etc.) to inform Growth strategies 
  • Assist with scheduling and preparing for customer meetings including the development of customized presentations with a white glove approach  

 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or growth roles, preferably in the healthcare, national security of cyber sectors. Preference for those candidates specifically with healthcare experience.  
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth enablement strategies with metrics and able to discuss previous launches of product(s) or services  
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular expert level experience with PowerPoint 
  • 3+ years tracking and organizing commercial leads with a CRM (we use Affinity) 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills one on one and in large groups  
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly fluid environment 
  • Approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset  
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
