Description
We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead day-to-day activities of a technical team. You will be on the ground floor leading cutting-edge analytics and communicating on a daily basis with our government client. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with a diverse team of analytic and subject matter experts. And you’ll have direct access to leadership to build strategic direction. DEFCON is a flat, fast-paced environment where you will lead not only at the strategic level, but also day-to-day by diving deeply into business, product, and technical domain.
Requirements
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Experience leading projects and managing cost, schedule, and performance
- Experience with DoDs Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process
- Strong technical leadership skills
- Willing to reside in Omaha, Nebraska
- Secret Clearance
Highly Desired:
- Experience with software development
- Experience using Operations Research techniques to solve a wide range of problems
- Experience with STRATCOM mission and programs
- Project Management Professional certification
- TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $170,000 - $250,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
