Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the full product lifecycle for key areas of our cybersecurity SaaS offering, guiding initiatives from concept to launch and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy and Execution:

  • Contribute to translating the overarching company and product vision into tangible product initiatives and a clear product roadmap, working closely with executive leadership and design teams to define product direction converting that into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Own product initiatives from concept through to delivery, guiding them through all phases of the product lifecycle, including determining viability, making prioritization decisions, and preparing comprehensive documentation, ensuring initiatives are well-organized, progressing effectively, and lead to clearly defined product specifications and development epics.
  • Guide features and products through our established development rhythms, from initial kickoff (defining scope and success criteria) to detailed work definition (breaking down tasks and estimating complexity), maintaining development momentum through regular check-ins, performing iterative testing and feedback collection (ongoing QA and small feedback loops), and preparing for release (marking completed work and drafting release notes).
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our product, processes, and overall customer experience.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with engineering and technical leads to conduct thorough feasibility analysis and planning, assessing technical viability, estimating effort, identifying constraints, and suggesting optimal technical designs or required infrastructure needs
  • Drive solution validation by collaborating closely with design teams to create and test wireframes and prototypes, gathering user feedback and insights to ensure proposed solutions are viable and user-centric.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product features, facilitating alignment and ensuring seamless execution across the entire product development process while maintaining clear visibility and communication of delivery progress.

Market Research:

  • Lead in-depth market research and discovery, conducting extensive interviews and analysis with customers and design partners to deeply understand their challenges, pain points, and evolving cybersecurity needs, acting as the voice of the customer and prioritizing solutions based on strategic alignment and market desirability.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams for enablement and feedback, ensuring successful internal readiness, communicating updates with customers, and gathering insights to inform future product cycles.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally developing cybersecurity products
  • Demonstrated strong skills in research and discovery with customers and design partners, with a proven ability to translate insights into product requirements.

  • Exceptional self-management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently and driving them to completion.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers across engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to work through hard problems, fostering a strong team environment.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with practical experience managing projects through defined stages.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, crucial for driving alignment and customer engagement
