Data Analyst - Revenue Operations
Los Angeles or Boston (hybrid)

As a Data Analyst focused on Revenue Operations, you’ll play an integral part in our mission as you work with our operations, marketing, and sales teams to make sure we have the data, systems, and processes we need in order to win business and execute our campaigns effectively and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for business intelligence day-to-day, partnering with sales, operations, and leadership teams to provide insights to inform decision making
- Create and update dashboards, queries, and reports using SQL, Salesforce, and data visualization tools
- Assist with data modeling in dbt
- Assist with maintaining and updating our data pipelines (Fivetran, AWS Glue, etc)
- Maintain and build on our CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) and associated tools (MixMax, Zapier, Airtable, etc.), conduct user training, and create documentation
- Collaborate with engineering team to ensure that data is captured on new features
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis projects for sales, finance, and leadership teams
A great candidate has/is…
- Strong proficiency in SQL (at least 1+ years professional experience and/or 2+ courses completed)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, xlookup, etc.)
- 2+ years experience in business operations, sales/revenue operations, finance, or similar areas
- Experience with dbt is strongly preferred
- Experience with data pipeline tools, ETL/ELT frameworks, and Github is a plus
- Experience and/or certifications in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus
- Experience or interest in podcasting, advertising, or media/entertainment
- Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot technical issues
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Gets jazzed about owning projects from end-to-end. We’re a small team, so you’ll be responsible for a lot and you’ll need to operate autonomously
- Can work hybrid in-person at the RedCircle office in Los Angeles or Boston 2-3 days per week
Compensation
RedCircle is committed to providing competitive compensation, equity, and benefits. Compensation for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the candidate’s experience, and the scope of the role, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000-$120,000.
