9 West 57th Street 17th Floor New York, NY 10019

THE TEAM

RRAM’s Structuring & Advisory team oversees Redding’s debt structuring (~27bn of BSL CLOs and Corporate Bonds)  and aids in Apollo’s Private Rated Credit initiatives.  Apollo’s Private Rated Credit initiatives include support for Apollo’s 16 Origination Platforms and other issuers utilizing ABS, Corporate and Fund rating methodologies to find the most efficient solution to creating rated debt.  Having helped issue and rate over $48bn of debt in 2024, Redding’s success is driven by its ability to take a long-term view with our partners to achieve an optimal outcome. Redding’s concierge approach starts with understanding the goal and treating each situation as if it could be ABS, Fund or Corporate Debt and not as a one off transaction.  This synergistic approach to rating and managing debt has lead to, what we believe to be, innovations in structuring.

In partnership with Apollo Global Management and driven by RRAM's long-term strategic vision, the Structuring & Advisory team has successfully harnessed best in class financing structures to revolutionize and expand the scope of Private Credit & Asset Backed Finance, offering the right candidate an unparalleled opportunity to directly contribute to these innovative efforts.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
