
Senior Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales, Canada (Tech)
We are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager (CAM) to join the Tech vertical (within our Large Customer Sales team), helping transform and elevate our partnership with key global customers. In this role, you will partner closely with your pod (Sr. Client Partner & Sr. Client Account Manager) and cross functional team (Product, Engineering, Measurement).
This role requires a blend of high-level strategic consulting and "in-the-weeds" data science. As a Senior CAM you aren't just selling ads; you are acting as an extension of our customer’s growth teams.
This role is required to be based out of Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Advanced Measurement & Attribution Strategy
Our customers operate on a rigorous performance basis, your primary job is to prove the value of every dollar spent on Reddit.
- Full-Funnel Measurement: Design and implement measurement frameworks that move beyond basic Last-Click attribution, focusing on Incrementality (Lift Studies), Multi Touch Attribution (MTA), and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Signal Integrity: Partner with our customers’s technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Reddit Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) to capture high-intent downstream events.
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into actionable narratives. You don't just report "CPA"; you explain the reason behind performance shifts and how they align with our customers’ LTV (Lifetime Value) goals.
Strategic Account Management
- Business Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to our customers’ performance leads, understanding their quarterly KPIs and aligning Reddit’s product roadmap to their growth targets.
- Joint Business Planning (JBP): Lead the creation and execution of annual and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), identifying long-term opportunities for scale and efficiency.
- Internal Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of Customer" within Reddit. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the development of performance features (e.g., automated bidding, dynamic product ads).
Performance Optimization & Execution
- Sophisticated Alpha/Beta Testing: Manage a rigorous testing roadmap, including new ad formats, bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS), and creative testing to constantly move the needle on performance.
- Scale Management: Identify opportunities to expand our customers’ footprint across global markets, ensuring regional teams are aligned with the overarching global strategy.
- Auction Intelligence: Provide deep-dive insights into auction dynamics and competitive landscapes to help our customers maintain a first-mover advantage on the platform.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- The "Quarterback" Role: Coordinate between Creative Strategy, Measurement Leads, and Brand Partnerships to ensure a unified approach to the our customers account.
- Executive Presence: Confidently present performance data and strategic visions to Director and VP-level stakeholders at Our customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience
- 7-12 years of experience in advertising account management in performance marketing.
- Domain Expertise
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and performance marketing landscape
- Strong measurement skills including
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Working Style
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
- High degree of agency in high ambiguity
- Ability to simplify the complex and stay calm under the pressure of high-spend environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment

- Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
