Head of Alliances & Partnerships
About the Role:
The Head of Alliances and Partnerships will be a strategic leader responsible for developing, managing, and expanding key partnerships that drive Redpanda’s growth and market influence. This role will oversee the creation and execution of partnership and alliance strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance our business development efforts and amplify our market presence, assess our customers needs and technical challenges will be at the heart of our customer-centric approach.
You Will:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Redpanda’s business objectives. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility. Set clear goals and metrics to measure partnership success
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Leverage partnerships to enhance product offerings and create new revenue streams
- Lead negotiations with potential alliances and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with partnership terms
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Utilize market insights to inform partnership strategies and drive innovation
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and lead a high-performing alliances and partnerships team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Work closely with cross functional leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of alliance and partnership strategies with overall company objectives. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams
You Have:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the data or technology industry is highly desirable
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
U.S. base salary range for this role is $240,000 - $260,000 base, not including bonus and or commissions (Remote, US). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As a remote-first company, we strive to consider each candidate's job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
