We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Software Developer with a strong focus on Java to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable full-stack applications that power our automation and SaaS platforms. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, driving technical excellence, and mentoring engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement highly performant, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Architect and build robust back-end services, APIs, and microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Drive the development of responsive, accessible, intuitive, and high-quality front-end user experiences.
  • Partner closely with product management and stakeholders to define technical strategy, scope solutions, and translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
  • Own and contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Establish and promote best practices in coding standards, testing, observability, performance optimization, and AI use
  • Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decisions to ensure long-term scalability, security, and performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges, including production issues and system bottlenecks.
  • Champion automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure high-quality, resilient systems.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and drive adoption of innovative solutions where appropriate.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with strong expertise in Java (Java 11/17+).
  • Deep proficiency in Java with experience designing distributed systems.
  • Strong experience designing and building scalable, production-grade APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS).
  • Experience with cloud-native development in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization/orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, resiliency, and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems, analyze contributing factors, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Playwright) and a commitment to quality engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in agile environments.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and contributing to team growth and technical direction.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Proven contributions to system architecture or technical strategy in prior roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA), including performance tuning.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern development practices (TDD/BDD).
  • Previous experience profiling, tuning, and troubleshooting application performance at the OS level, including familiarity with kernel-level diagnostics
  • Experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or automation platforms.Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.

 

Bonus Skills

  • Experience building AI-integrated product architectures
  • Experience building, maintaining, or integrating with app marketplaces
  • Experience decomposing a monolithic application into microservices.
  • Experience integrating with SAP ABAP, HANA
  • Proficiency with Shell scripting
  • Proficiency integrating with and deploying in AWS
  • Familiarity with other OS architectures Windows, Mac
  • Familiarity with Gradle
  • Familiarity with Tomcat
