Imagine architecting the talent engine that fuels our Go-to-Market powerhouse. As Senior HR Business Partner, you won't just advise; you'll shape the future. You'll be the catalyst for a high-performance culture, directly impacting our revenue trajectory. This isn't about routine HR; it's about pioneering organizational design, revolutionizing the talent cycle, and unleashing the potential of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. Strategic Partnership:

  • Partner with GTM leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support those goals.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Anticipate and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the GTM organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.

Talent Management:

  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top GTM talent.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees to support succession planning.
  • Facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Support compensation and benefits planning for the GTM teams.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.

Organizational Development:

  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Facilitate team-building and development activities.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to GTM leadership.
  • Support the implementation of programs to increase employee engagement.

Go-To-Market Focus:

  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within Sales, Marketing and related GTM functions.
  • Ability to craft programs that specifically support the fast paced and high pressure environment of GTM teams.
  • Support the on-boarding and development of new sales and marketing professionals.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.  
  • Experience supporting C-level executives to include a CRO and/or CMO. 
  • Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to influence decisions.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.   
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience leading change management.
