This role requires more than learning platform technical expertise – it’s a blend encompassing operational rigor and excellent business-facing communication skills as well. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using technology to drive learning and development, we want to hear from you!

Learning Management System (LMS/LXP) & Operations Management

  • System Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator of our LMS/LXP (including integrations, security and user management), working with internal People Technology and the vendor to optimize and troubleshoot the platform.
  • Maintenance & Quality Assurance: Own the operational rhythm of the LMS/LXP, including conducting regular maintenance, thorough testing of new features or updates and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
  • Process Improvement: Establish, document and continuously refine scalable operational processes for content management, user enrollment, reporting and issue resolution.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the LMS vendor, managing support requests and advocating for organizational needs.
  • Reporting: Design and generate reports on learning activities, compliance and engagement metrics to inform learning strategy and demonstrate program effectiveness.
  • User Experience: Structure and regularly update user interface components to maximize engagement, navigation and aesthetics.

Employee Engagement & Program Delivery

  • Content Curation & Delivery: Manage the lifecycle and structure of all learning content within the LMS/LXP, ensuring a seamless, standardized and intuitive user experience. Engage with learners via the platform’s social learning features.
  • Learning Campaigns: Propose, design and manage learning campaigns, challenges and contests across vehicles (LMS/LXP, learning Slack channel, etc.) to maximize employee engagement and development.
  • Communications: Own all internal communications regarding the learning platforms and programs (e.g., system updates, course/program launches, campaign announcements), ensuring communications are timely, clear and engaging.
  • Program Support: Provide operational support to learning programs including kickoff readiness, program setup, materials prep, metrics prep and tracking, reminders, etc.

Business Partnership & Enablement

  • Content Structuring: Advise and enable teams across departments on the best way to structure and deploy their functional content within the LMS/LXP for optimal learning impact and tracking.
  • Stakeholder Training: Train and support internal content creators (e.g., champions, Subject Matter Experts, team trainers) on best practices, content uploading and reporting capabilities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Learning & Development, Learning Experience, Learning Operations, or Talent Operations role, with at least 2+ years of dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) administration experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining the backend of an LMS, including setting up user groups, managing integrations, and performing quality assurance/testing.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent operational projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop engaging communications/campaigns and consult effectively with business partners/stakeholders.
  • Data & Insights: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills and a strong commitment to data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into scalable, operational learning solutions.
