YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a DACH Region Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing efforts across inbound, outbound, and event channels. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who understands how to drive regional demand, adapt global messaging to local audiences, and partner closely with sales to accelerate pipeline.

Reporting to the Director, Account-Based Marketing, you will collaborate with global marketing teams while shaping Redwood’s presence in the DACH region. You will join a growing team in Germany with strong opportunities for career development—Redwood has a consistent track record of promoting from within and supporting employees as they grow into expanded roles.

• Localize Redwood’s global marketing programs for the DACH region across inbound, outbound, and event channels.
• Drive regional demand generation initiatives that build pipeline and support sales targets.
• Execute field marketing programs closely aligned with regional sales leadership.
• Support our SAP partnership in the DACH region.
• Support and adapt content for the German market, ensuring messaging resonates with local audiences.
• Partner with global event teams to coordinate Redwood’s presence at key events across Europe and the UK.
• Manage digital marketing activities for the region, including localized campaigns and performance tracking.
• Analyze regional campaign performance and optimize programs for continuous improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with product marketing, ABM, digital, and content teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  
  

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing; enterprise software experience preferred.
• Strong foundation in demand generation, field marketing, and events.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and content localization.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating across global teams.
• Comfortable partnering with sales, understanding regional audiences, and adapting messaging for impact.
• Willingness to travel for events within Europe and the UK.
