At Reema Health, we believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community’s resources — can ease those burdens and effectively connect members to health care. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Enterprise Sales Executive.
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to lead health plan customer acquisition efforts . This “tip-of-spear” role is responsible for sourcing, securing, and advancing new opportunities with national and regional health plans, with a focus on Medicaid (Commercial plan experience a plus). - Pipeline Development: Source and secure 2–3 qualified meetings per month with senior decision-makers at target health plans.
- Enterprise Prospecting: Drive initial outreach and lead compelling intro presentations to position our value proposition.
- Deal Origination: Generate 1–2 closed deals within the first 12–15 months, directly sourced from your prospecting.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and successful advancement of opportunities.
- Discipline: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and consistent reporting in a scale-up environment where clarity and follow-through matter.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Years of related experience can be substituted for years of completed education towards a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years selling value-based, complex solutions (SaaS, enterprise technology, or multi-year services) to Health Plans (Payers), with a focus on Medicaid; familiarity with Commercial is a plus.
- Enterprise Sales DNA: Demonstrated success managing 12–18 month sales cycles, including RFP-driven processes and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Prospecting Mastery: Proven ability to independently source and secure net-new meetings with senior health plan executives.
- Industry Network: Strong existing relationships with health plan leaders and decision-makers.
- Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently engage and influence C-level executives.
- CRM Mastery & Strategic Pipeline Management: proficiency in leveraging CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,) to manage, track, and analyze all stages of the sales process and maintain an accurate pipeline.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state privacy laws) and ensure the confidentiality and security of all customer and company data.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, networking events, and other business-related activities.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary, Commission, and Equity Package
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
