Description: Brand Manager – Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and Creative ​- Brand Manager​ to lead and enhance the visibility of a portfolio of fashion brands through strategic online and offline initiatives. 
The role involves collaborating across teams to drive impactful campaigns, strengthen emerging brands, and ensure consistent brand growth. 

Key Responsibilities​ - ​

  • Develop innovative communication strategies informed by market research, consumer insights, and business goals. 
  • Partner with brand teams to devise marketing solutions for business challenges, while managing agency collaborations to enhance visibility and revenue.
  • Lead brand management efforts for a portfolio of 5-6 brands, including planning and executing the annual marketing calendar. 
  • Design and execute impactful brand campaigns to improve brand metrics and foster customer loyalty. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create and deploy content across various channels. 
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) to enhance brand awareness and saliency. ​
  • Analyze and understand customer segments to tailor marketing communication effectively. 
  • Manage creative and production workflows for ​c​ampaign assets


Qualifications & Experience​ - 

  • ​4-5 years of experience in brand management, including communication strategy and execution. 
  • Education: Full-time Graduation/Post-Graduation from a premier institute. 
  • Proven expertise in digital, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle industries is highly desirable. 
  • Hands-on experience with campaigns, ad shoots, and production processes. 
  • A creative mindset with a strong ability to generate ideas that drive brand recognition and engagement. 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to manage agencies and internal teams effectively. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-oriented with a positive attitude. ​
