Renewals Associate

After outstanding growth within our client base we are now looking to expand our renewals function. The renewals team will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing General Business customer contracts, while providing operational support to existing Enterprise customer contracts ensuring timely and seamless renewals worldwide. This team will proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and promote the value of renewing their agreements. With a focus on global coverage, the renewals team will collaborate with regional teams to maintain high customer retention rates and foster long-term relationships.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive renewals across the GB client segment, while providing operational support to the ENT client segment
- Develop relationships in the GB and ENT client segment for the renewal process, working cross functionally with multiple Departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Cloud teams
- Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Architects, and Account Executives to develop and implement renewals best practices
- Provide a seamless customer journey, finding opportunities for improving customer experience whilst optimising contract renewals
- Demonstrable commercial acuity, having the ability to implement a broad approach, uncovering issues, removing roadblocks and adopting a general Account Management approach
- Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.
What You Bring Along:
- 2-5+ yrs experience within renewals, with demonstrable experience of scaling a renewals practice
- Experience working within a renewals team within a SaaS environment
- Strong contract acumen and ability to negotiate on Licence and SaaS agreements.
- Strong Account Management skills and ability to work within a matrix environment
- Comfort working in a fast paced, distributed environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams
- Bachelors degree
