Sales Program Manager

What is The Role
As a Sales Program Manager you are part of the Sales Program team in the Sales, Strategy and Enablement organization. You will play a critical role in shaping and driving the go-to-market strategy for sales programs globally. This high impact position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong multi-tasking capabilities. Success in this role requires being able to meet aggressive deadlines while demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills.
You will lead efforts to ensure that our sales programs are both efficient and generating revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the global sales program team to develop the sales program strategy and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure sales programs are generating pipeline, revenue and strong conversion rates.
What You Will Be Doing
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic thought leadership for go-to-market and sales strategy, with an emphasis on sales programs and revenue generation.
- Gap Identification: Identify and address gaps in the overall sales program strategy to meet the needs of the the GTM organization, collaborating across multiple teams to produce timely solutions.
- Goal Ownership: Own specific sales program goals; develop and execute a comprehensive strategy in partnership with sales program executives sponsors to achieve these goals with continuous interlocks throughout the year.
- Efficiency Improvement: Proactively identify and surface opportunities to increase efficiency, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
What You Bring
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in Barcelona, with the ability to regularly work from one of our office hubs.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools.
- Sales Systems Knowledge: Extensive experience with sales processes, systems, tools, and reporting.
- Industry Experience: 5-8 years in the technology industry, specializing in sales operations, sales strategy, or management consulting, with a proven track record in go-to-market strategies.
- High-Growth Environment: Proven success in a high-growth software business, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Results-Oriented: Robust problem-solving skills, ability to operate with minimal direction, and achieve financial targets under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Flexible and willing to contribute across various business areas to support leaders in scaling the business.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships across all levels and functions within the company.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated success in thriving within fast-paced, highly matrixed settings.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to gain alignment and drive results through strong influencing skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead new initiatives.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology discipline required; MBA with a deep understanding of business drivers preferred.
