What is the role:
The Global Integrated Campaigns team plays a pivotal role in Elastic’s marketing strategy—we design and deliver high-impact campaigns that fuel awareness, influence buyer groups, and accelerate pipeline across our target accounts. As the Senior Security Campaigns Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that elevate Elastic Security in the market and drive measurable revenue impact!
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Regional Field Marketing, and Sales to create full-funnel campaign experiences rooted in strong messaging, buyer-journey insights, and account-centric strategies. You bring a data-driven, operational outlook and a demonstrated ability to translate complex security narratives into compelling, scalable campaigns that resonate with security practitioners, leaders, and buying committees.
The ideal candidate understands the modern security buyer journey end-to-end—crafting awareness through consideration, evaluation, and expansion motions. You thrive in fast-moving environments, can orchestrate cross-functional execution with clarity and precision, and are equally comfortable operating strategically and tactically. You excel at building repeatable demand programs, optimizing conversion performance, and innovating on new ways to capture interest within high-value accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Security Campaign Development: Shape integrated campaign and buyer group strategies for Elastic Security, aligning with marketing goals, sales priorities, and key target accounts. Translate PMM, Analyst Relations, and Sales insights and security trends into clear, compelling campaign plans.
- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of security campaigns—from planning and creative briefing through launch, measurement, and refinement. Ensure cross-functional coordination, buying group formation and activation, and timely delivery across all channels.
- Security Buyer Journey Mapping: Improve human and machine discoverability of Elastic’s Security offering. Define and optimize the buyer journey for security personas, aligning messaging, content, and tactics to each funnel stage to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, PMM, Field Marketing, Analyst Relations, Digital, Content, and Brand teams to ensure campaign cohesion and increase impact across global audiences.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign and funnel performance to surface insights, guide optimization, and inform future strategy.
- Continuous Optimization: Improve campaign effectiveness through testing, segmentation, and channel optimization to increase engagement and accelerate conversions.
What you bring:
-
-
- Direct experience with security-related demand gen, lifecycle marketing, use cases, and associated target audiences/personas (CISO, CIO, analyst, architect, detection engineer)
- 8+ years in marketing, with deep expertise in revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing—particularly within SaaS, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or other high-growth tech sectors–experience in enterprise security is highly preferred
- A strong track record of delivering results through direct-to-customer and B2B/B2D programs
- Global experience developing, launching, and scaling demand campaigns against a target account list with defined buying groups, driving measurable business impact
- Expertise in modern demand generation principles, including lead scoring, attribution, ABM, marketing funnel strategy, and campaign measurement
- Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, programmatic strategies, and campaign frameworks
- Analytical skills that support both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing assets and influence messaging for diverse audiences—including customers, prospects, and sales teams
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and an eye toward future scaling
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with an ability to simplify complex technology for varied audiences
- Proficiency with leading marketing automation and CRM tools, especially Marketo and Salesforce
