Senior Stylist:

Reformation is looking for a full time Senior Stylist to lead the styling identity of our Editorial and E-commerce shoots. The Stylist will be a key contributor to our Creative team and will report into the Creative Director. This role involves building concepts and creating innovative ways to showcase our collections. This is the perfect position for someone who admires our social ethos and has a great sense of style and knowledge of fashion history. This person will be instrumental in driving the look and feel of not only Reformation's digital presence, but also our overall brand image to customer's all around the world. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee all aspects of styling in fashion photography assets
  • Create seasonal trend reports to the Design and Creative teams
  • Work cross-functionally with design and art directors to create a holistic point of view across categories
  • Develop seasonal style identities for key categories across e-commerce and product launches
  • Attend and dress models at photoshoots and/or fittings
  • Oversee and report into the annual styling/purchases budget
  • Manage a team of junior stylists and sample coordinators for ease of production flow
  • Ensure photoshoot goals are met while maintaining creative integrity
  • Create and manage visual boards for photoshoots

What You’ll Need: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years styling experience
  • Amazing style and keen eye for design
  • Understanding of garment fit and design intent
  • Ability to maintain and grow the evolution of the Reformation brand and look
  • Organized and ability to work at a high-volume capacity
  • Team player
  • Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate
