Assistant Sample Coordinator
As an Assistant Sample Coordinator you will report to the Sample Coordinator in managing the sample process, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining samples. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination, and ensuring smooth operations related to product handling and distribution.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain organized records of all samples, including tracking their status, location and labels
- Communicate effectively with the Sample Coordinator on selected collection colorways from the stylist/art director. Work with stylists and production to support sample requests for efficient timing of scheduled shoots
- Prep all samples to be shot for in-house flat lays
- Coordinate with the Photo Ops/Production teams when samples are ready to be passed to the studio space and cross-reference shot lists for any discrepancies
- Partner with Production coordinator to return samples to production managers and distribution center teams and act as the liaison between these partners
- Communicate and organize samples that are needed for the retouching team in the Frogtown studio
- Report any discrepancies or production issues with sample inventory to the Sample Coordinator
What you’ll need:
- Relevant experience in sample production coordination in an e-commerce studio space
- Living in Los Angeles and ability to commute to Vernon/Frogtown offices
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Extremely detail-oriented, takes initiative and is not afraid to follow up
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
- Collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional partners
- Bring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily, willing to work hard and take initiative, assertive
