Work Location/ Schedule: Hybrid 4 days in office/week at our London HQ

The Role:

Manager, International Operations (London)

At Reformation, International Operations is a key driver of our continued growth and impact. The Manager of International Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This person will be responsible for leading data-driven projects, generating insights, improving processes, and executing strategic initiatives that enhance performance across our operational functions — including but not limited to Supply Chain (production, technical design, product development, quality control), DC Operations (forecasting, 3PL Management, Analytics, Warehouse Operations), and broader business operations. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while executing tactically, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is motivated by making a measurable impact across multiple facets of the business.

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker who can bridge high-level business objectives with operational execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works cross-functionally to solve complex challenges, and brings an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and you are excited to make a significant impact on Reformation’s global growth, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analysis and Insights: Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights that support key operational and strategic functions across the business. Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making across areas such as Supply Chain, DC Operations, and other critical business operations.
  • Develop Our Long-Term European Supply Chain Strategy: Partner with the Supply Chain team in the US to shape the future of our finished goods production in Europe, vendor identification and commercial negotiation, fabric positioning, and scale operations effectively and quickly.
  • European 3PL DC Operations: Manage our 3PL in Europe to hit our SLA’s and KPI’s across all warehouse functions. Use data to identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and reduce friction. Lead initiatives that improve self-service capabilities, streamline resolution processes, and enhance service quality across all touchpoints.

Production and Vendor Management: Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for assigned categories and/or vendors, from PD/Technical Design handoff through on-time delivery. Negotiate costs, capacity, and lead times to achieve margin targets while maintaining product quality and compliance. Provide regular production and risk reports to management, highlighting delays, QC issues, and vendor performance trends.

  • Change Management: Drive cross-functional initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams. Communicate changes effectively, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to optimize workflows across key business functions. Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive overall operational excellence throughout the organization.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, project management, or a strategic/analytical role in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus
  • Strategic Thinker: You can connect high-level business objectives to operational execution, anticipate challenges, and develop data-driven strategies that drive impact
  • Results-Driven: You focus on measurable outcomes, optimizing processes and performance to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
  • Analytical & Data-Savvy: You are comfortable working with complex data sets, using analytics to uncover insights and inform decision-making. SQL proficiency and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker) are a plus
  • Process-Oriented: You excel at identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions that improve workflows across teams
  • Adaptable & Fast-Paced: You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while staying focused on execution
  • Self Starter: You take initiative, thrive in ambiguity, and solve challenges proactively—knowing when to push forward independently and when to seek input
  • Collaborative & Influential: You work well cross-functionally, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and results

Change Management Leader: You are comfortable navigating change, driving adoption of new processes, and influencing teams to embrace innovation

Benefits & Perks:

  • We offer competitive paid time off policies including vacation, sick leave, and company holidays for eligible employees.

  • You’ll get access to fertility care support through Carrot, and up to a $5,000 USD reimbursement for related fertility expenses after 1 year of employment.
  • We care about the causes our employees care about so we donate to community efforts on a yearly basis.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
