Digital Marketing Manager

Position:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all things “digital” and operational, including the website, webinars, email, marketing tech stack, reporting and analytics, SEO, webinar tool management, marketing project management platform, social media, third-party reviews, and content syndication. You will provide insights on the health of our digital program, identifying which campaigns are performing well, which ones aren’t, and suggesting ways to optimize them.

Position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. Position is remote first with a preference for candidates located near one of our offices and will require occasional travel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:
    • Own and manage RegScale’s website using WordPress, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for website updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
    • Monitor and improve website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality.
    • Evolve the user experience on the website including personalization, interactivity, etc.
  • Email Marketing & MOPs:
    • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot in conjunction with RevOps.
    • Develop and execute email marketing strategy including inbound, nurture, and promotion.
    • Improve and streamline workflows to increase engagement scores and conversions
  • SEO & Paid:
    • Manage our SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor and analyze performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on campaign results.
  • Analytics & KPI Tracking:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
    • Collaborate with RevOps to improve marketing reporting in both SFDC and HubSpot.
    • Leverage GA, GTM, SEMRush, and others to optimize digital analytics and reporting.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and potentially others.
    • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Webinar Management:
    • Define and execute hosted webinar strategy with field marketing.
    • Manage all webinar tool stacks including Zoom.
  • Content Syndication & 3rd Party Reviews
    • Develop a discoverability strategy for RegScale through content syndication and TP review sites.
    • Execute programs that align with the customer journey and drive to action at every stage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Manage the relationships with digital marketing agencies and freelancers to scale marketing efforts.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and MAP.
  • Proficiency with: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google suite, WordPress, Figma, LinkedIn, G2, etc.
  • A passion for startups, a focus on outcomes over process, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to drive alignment and deliver results.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity space

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Monday.com
  • Knowledge of BI tools
  • Knowledge managing marketing agencies

Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related topic
  • HubSpot certifications (any) – and proven experience in HubSpot of at least 2 years
  • Google suite certs like Google Ads Search, Ads Display, Optimization, etc.
  • Must be a US Citizen capable of passing a background check
