Senior Product Marketing Manager

RegScale is revolutionizing the world of Cyber GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) with a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform that shatters the status quo. We are the leaders in a modern, CCM-based approach that delivers massive process improvements, like 90% faster certifications and 60% less audit prep time. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us accelerate this market transformation.
This isn't a traditional marketing role; it's for a true practitioner who has spent their career in the trenches of GRC. You'll be an authentic expert who can speak to the real-world pain points of our customers and communicate the disruptive power of RegScale's platform. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy of RegScale
- Champion competitive analysis and consistently deliver market insights to impact the product roadmap
- Own messaging, positioning, market fit, ICP, segmentation, pricing/packaging, and product differentiation
- Develop content to educate internal and external audiences on product value and features
- Develop sales enablement content supporting product/feature launches - big and small - including videos, blogs, email campaigns, technical docs, solutions sheets, etc.
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, CS, SE, and customers to uncover market needs and customer feedback, and understand value-based behaviors to drive product roadmap prioritization
- Train the Sales team and other stakeholders on how to tell the RegScale story
- Develop content to create demand for products to align with the customer journey
- Leverage customer and prospect insights – in collaboration with Sales and CS – the roadmap and new offerings/features to grow pipeline and revenue with prospects and customers
- Assist with developing additional content as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A Seasoned GRC Practitioner: You've spent your career on the front lines of GRC, either as a consultant at a Big 4 firm or as a practitioner within a large and complex security organization. You have firsthand experience with the pain and complexity that RegScale solves.
- An Industry Expert: You have worked in this industry for a decade or more and you know how to position and differentiate RegScale in a crowded market.
- An Exceptional Communicator: You are a gifted writer and speaker who can simplify the complex. You're comfortable leading webinars, hosting presentations, and engaging with internal and external audiences.
- A Strategic Thinker: You're a problem solver with a metrics-driven mindset, able to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and you don’t mind hard work and long hours if you get a chance to transform the industry.
- A Team Player: You work well both independently and collaboratively, able to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- A Passion for Disruption: You believe the old ways of GRC are broken and are driven to create and communicate a better solution.
