Tech Alliance Partner Lead

Remote

RegScale is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform purpose-built to deliver fast and efficient GRC outcomes. We help organizations break out of the slow and expensive realities that plague legacy GRC tools by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. By leveraging CCM, organizations experience massive process improvements like 90% faster certification times, and 60% less audit prep time. Today’s expansive security and compliance requirements can only be met with a modern, CCM based approach, and RegScale is the leader in that space.

Position:

The Tech Alliance Partner Lead is responsible for building, scaling, and managing strategic integration partnerships that drive joint customer value and revenue growth for RegScale.

This role serves as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Alliance Partners—ensuring integrations are technically sound, commercially viable, and effectively activated in the market. As the primary technical owner of the alliance integration ecosystem, this person will own the full lifecycle of partner integrations and translate them into "better together" value that customers, partners, and field teams can act on.

The ideal candidate blends deep technical fluency with strong business acumen, hands-on experience with APIs and platform ecosystems, and a proven ability to drive alliances across both technical and go-to-market functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Strategy & Development
    • Own the lifecycle of partner integrations—from evaluation through launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Conduct technical assessments, demos, and validation of partner solutions.
    • Develop technical business cases and "better together" value propositions.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver integrations aligned to customer and partner needs.
    • Drive continuous improvement through enhancements, new features, and roadmap alignment.
  • Technical SME & Enablement
    • Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all alliance integrations.
    • Enable Sales and Solution Engineering (SE) teams on integration use cases, value, demo execution, and positioning.
    • Provide hands-on support for strategic deals requiring integration expertise, or transfer knowledge to SEs to support these motions.
    • Build scalable enablement assets (demo scripts, playbooks, solution briefs).
  • Partner Collaboration & Execution
    • Work directly with internal and partner technical and product teams to define integration requirements, ensure successful build and deployment, and align on roadmap dependencies and future capabilities.
    • Enable partner SEs and technical teams to confidently demo and position joint solutions.
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison for alliance partners.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) & Alliance Activation
    • Develop joint solutions, bundled offerings, and compelling "better together" messaging.
    • Ensure visibility across partner channels, including partner websites, marketplaces, and solution offerings.
    • Support and execute joint marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and co-selling programs.
    • Enable partner GTM teams to position and sell integrations effectively.
  • Ecosystem & Pipeline Development
    • Partner with VARs, Services, and other partners to embed integrations into broader solutions and expand reach and pipeline generation.
    • Drive integration-led pipeline creation through joint selling motions, partner referrals, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Presence
    • Represent RegScale at partner and industry events.
    • Present the technical and business value of integrations to customers and partners.
    • Anticipate market direction and align RegScale and partner roadmaps ("skate to where the puck is").

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in the Tech Alliances space
  • Strong blend of technical depth and business acumen.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, or platform ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Skilled in partner management and alliance development.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel for partner and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience building or managing technology alliance/integration partnerships in SaaS, cybersecurity, or GRC.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI DSS).

Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field OR equivalent professional experience in technical alliances, integrations, or partner management.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
