About the the GTM Team

Sales Executives at RelationalAI serve as the trusted technical advisors for our customers and often act as the key translators and facilitators across functional groups. They use their knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trajectory, and prevailing market trends to drive business value, offer advice, and support our customers as they deploy solutions. As the complexity grows for both us and our customers, we are looking to our Sales Executives to strategize and lead customers in use case discovery, RelationalAI evangelism, and oftentimes helping new users with concepts.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at RelationalAI, you'll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, bridging technical and business teams. Leveraging your industry knowledge and market insights, you'll guide key accounts through use case discovery and highlight the value of RelationalAI.

Collaborating closely with Snowflake's account teams, you'll work on large enterprise accounts, fostering strong partner and customer relationships. Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills are crucial for success in this role, ensuring both customers and partners become enthusiastic RelationalAI advocates.

You'll engage with Chief Data Officers and other data leaders across the organizations, driving high-level business discussions with executives. Internally, at RelationalAI, your role is dynamic and cross-functional. You'll work with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to empower customer success.

You are a mission-driven team member committed to transparency and collaboration. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have an autonomous, problem-solving working style that thrives in fast-paced environments. 

  • 5+ years of experience in product sales, ideally within data or cloud technologies, focusing on database or data application experience.
  • Proven ability to generate new business in enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles with relentless customer focus.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and influencing diverse customer stakeholders while demanding sales excellence.
  • Strong executive relationship management behavior style with impeccable follow-up.
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer business needs, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Experience conceptualizing and presenting the business value of a product’s architecture and capabilities to different audiences in different industries.

Location & Travel

RelationalAI is a remote-first company that has been operating with a distributed team since day one. We are based on six continents, support team members wherever they live, and are fluent in the tools and processes of distributed and often asynchronous work. As part of the Field GTM team, you will travel quarterly for QBRs and attend onsite conferences and customer visits as needed.
