The Opportunity & What You Will Do

The Vice President of Marketing at RelationalAI will be a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for driving revenue through targeted marketing initiatives. This role requires a collaborative team player who can roll up their sleeves to lead demand generation, content marketing, and revenue-focused strategies. A strong background in marketing data-driven technologies, particularly databases or relational solutions, is highly desired as we aim to expand our presence in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue-Focused Marketing: Develop and execute a revenue-centric marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving top-line growth through integrated campaigns and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Demand Generation: Build and scale a robust demand generation engine, driving high-quality leads and accelerating the pipeline. Implement data-driven tactics to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
  • Content Marketing: Develop a compelling content strategy that speaks to our technical audience, focusing on database solutions, data-driven insights, and relational knowledge graph technology. Ensure content is relevant and impactful at every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. Serve as a bridge between marketing and technical stakeholders to deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Database Expertise:  A strong understanding of databases or data technologies is a significant advantage. Your familiarity with the industry will enable you to create more effective messaging, thought leadership content, and market strategies that resonate with our technical audience.
  • Team Leadership:  Attract, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where the team is encouraged to take ownership and drive results.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:  Leverage analytics to refine marketing strategies continuously. Establish KPIs, track campaign performance, and adjust tactics based on data insights to maximize ROI.
  • Thought Leadership:  Expand RelationalAI’s visibility in the marketplace through strategic branding efforts, thought leadership, and participation in industry events, particularly in the database and data-driven technology sectors.

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in revenue marketing with a focus on driving measurable results in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.  
  • Strong background in demand generation and content marketing, with experience building marketing functions from the ground up.  
  • Experience or deep understanding of databases, data management, or other data-centric technologies is a major plus.  
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with technical teams, to develop cohesive marketing strategies that align with product and sales goals.  
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making and campaign optimization.  
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in both strategic and executional aspects of marketing.
