About The Role

As a QA Analyst for integration testing, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of system integrations across our platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to design and execute test plans that validate end-to-end workflows between internal and third-party systems.

• Develop and execute test plans and acceptance criteria to validate APIs, services, and data exchanges between systems.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot integration-related defects.
• Validate API contracts and service dependencies using tools like Postman, Bruno, or similar API testing frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across different platforms by performing database verification using SQL queries.
• Automate integration test scenarios using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, or Selenium).
• Monitor and analyze logs from system integrations to detect and diagnose potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards while testing integrations.
• Document test results, create detailed defect reports, and work closely with developers for timely resolution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Hands-on experience testing APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and services architectures.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases to validate integration workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and working with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience analyzing logs using tools such as Kibana, Splunk, or OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and their integration capabilities is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
