Associate Director, People Business Partner

Relay Tx is clinical stage biotech looking for a People Partner who will not only support leaders and their teams in the execution and development of HR programs and initiatives, but also be a strategic partner to improve critical business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to support our G&A teams and help design and execute people strateges across the company. Most importantly, you’ll make an impact by helping to bring life-changing medicines to patients who need them the most!

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of all people programs and processes, including but not limited to talent management, culture design and cultivation, onboarding and assimilating new hires, goal setting, performance development, career growth, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, and other people initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison with stakeholders for all People delivery functions (hiring, compensation, learning & development, etc.)
  • Analyze data and organizational trends to identify and design targeted actions that unlock performance and mitigate people-related risks
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees
  • Partner with colleagues on the People, Finance, IT and Operations teams as part of a seamless business partner “squad” that – together – supports employees

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field with an advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of strong foundational experience in Human Resources
  • Experience partnering and connecting with people at all levels of an organization within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated achievement in building organizational culture
