National Director of TPA Growth
Reliant Health Partners is an innovative medical claims repricing service provider, helping employers achieve maximum health plan savings with minimum noise. We tailor our services to each client’s needs, providing everything from individual specialty claims repricing, to full plan replacement as a high-performance, open-access network alternative.
Reliant is seeking a National Director of TPA Growth to drive enterprise-level new logo acquisition across the TPA market. This role is centered on selling high-impact, complex solutions — most notably out-of-network claims repricing and No Surprises Act (NSA) / IDR workflow management — directly to TPA executive leadership. Opportunistically, this role will also pursue Group Health Plan Replacement prospects within the TPA ecosystem.
This is a senior hunter role with a clear path toward Vice President and broader growth leadership as the TPA channel scales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close
- Drive net-new logo acquisition across the national TPA market
- Develop and execute strategic account plans within complex TPA organizations
- Lead multi-threaded sales cycles involving executive, claims, and operations leadership
- Position Reliant against incumbent and bundled alternatives without relying on feature-by-feature parity
- Navigate channel sensitivity and competitive dynamics while maintaining executive trust
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to ensure scalable delivery and strong unit economics
- Represent Reliant Health Partners at industry conferences, executive meetings, and strategic events
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience selling complex healthcare services or enterprise solutions
- Direct experience selling to TPAs or similarly structured intermediaries
- Strong understanding of claims repricing and No Surprises Act / IDR workflows
- Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite and senior operational leaders
- Track record of closing long-cycle, consultative enterprise deals
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive with a strong sense of ownership
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
- Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
-
Paid time off (PTO) and disability leave
