Trust20 is a digital food safety training and certification start-up. Today, our products include a Certified Food Protection Manager Exam, Food Manager Certificate Training, Food Handler Certificate Training, and Food Allergy Certificate Training. These products are for individual purchases, as well as group purchases for foodservice establishments and enterprise customers.

We are an energetic group of passionate and experienced team players who are looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams, responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and ensuring the successful launch and positioning of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, work with a team of marketing strategists to define product messaging, and create impactful marketing campaigns that drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. With a deep understanding of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product’s value proposition and ensuring it resonates with target audiences.

The ideal candidate is curious, willing to adapt, and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing venture.

 As Growth Marketing Lead you will:

  • Work with all business owners and key stakeholders to support growth.
  • Be able to communicate the vision and roadmap to different audiences. Continuously refine and adapt the roadmap to changing priorities.
  • Work closely with product teams/contractors to inform strategy and marketing technology needs

Manage effectively related KPIs and set standards of how we are tracking KPIsLeverage customer insights and team member feedback to continuously improve product launches

  • Use comprehensive analytical tools to track and measure success of channels and share with leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Set up and maintain automated email workflows, including welcome series, cart abandonment emails, re-engagement campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Optimize workflows to ensure timely and relevant communication with customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails.
  • Create email marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and product launches.

You should apply if you:

  • You have 3+ years of relative experience in performance marketing with expertise across channels including programmatic spend, paid social, search, out of home, and TV.

You have experience setting and tracking appropriate metrics across channels, and know how to use data to drive decisionsYou have a proven track record of high performance and impact, are capable of synthesizing coherent and actionable recommendations to elevate performanceYou are intellectually curious, empathetic, and driven to solve hard problemsYou are a highly collaborative, team player with low ego and high eagerness to take on new challenges in a growing businessYou are able to learn quickly and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with pivoting quickly and delivering against moving targets and goalsYou are a savvy communicator who can distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.You’ll bring customer journey thinking and ability to optimize communications across journey touch-pointsYou can manage multiple work streams at once and maintain progress

  • Experience managing, leading, and motivating teams
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business owners, at times with competing needs, and has a proven track record of demonstrating results

Expertise launching and layering new channels into a digital marketing program, with an ability to understand, measure and report on incrementality & attribution

  • Proven experience in email marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (bonus for knowledge in HubSpot).
