Relo Metrics is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will be an exceptional addition to our team. This person will be responsible for leading product marketing initiatives. This includes inbound efforts related to defining the voice of the customer and outbound efforts related to communicating the benefits of our platform for global brands, agencies, and teams.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve

  • Define objective client requirements in sponsorship management to ensure product strategies match market demand.

  • Serve as the central link between Product, Sales, and Customer Success to synchronize capabilities with client signals.

  • Conduct competitive and customer analyses to pinpoint and communicate key product differentiators.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to package AI/ML and data tools into clear buyer value propositions.

  • Own and execute end-to-end GTM launch plans that maximize user adoption, engagement, and retention.

  • Create high-impact sales assets, product collateral, and training materials to empower reps and clients.

  • Deliver continuous training and competitive intelligence tailored specifically to sports, media, and brand buyers.

  • Establish key performance metrics to evaluate GTM initiatives and continuously iterate for maximum ROI.

Skills You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably within sports, media, adtech, or sponsorship ecosystems.

  • Expertise in translating complex AI/ML and data platform capabilities into clear value propositions for brands, agencies, and rights-holders.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing cross-departmental GTM strategies for high-impact product and feature launches.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to tailor messaging across diverse internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to operate seamlessly across both high-level strategy and hands-on tactical execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and analyzing PMM success metrics (adoption rates, win/loss signals, enablement usage) to optimize performance.

What We Offer

At GumGum, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits, an emphasis on recognition, development, and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from $131,000 - $156,000 annually.  The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.

The total rewards package offered also includes an employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and depending on the role, participation in a bonus, commission, or stock incentive program.
