Job Summary: 

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales leads a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling the Reltio platform into large enterprise accounts across multiple industries. This people manager role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, leading cross-functional collaboration, managing accurate forecasting, and developing high-performing sales talent. The RVP serves as a critical business leader responsible for delivering sales results while upholding Reltio’s values and operating as a trusted partner internally and externally.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(MGR: Knowledge | People Management & Leadership | Strategic Impact)

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

  • Formulate and execute territory and account strategies aligned with company goals to maximize growth, revenue, and market share.

  • Drive disciplined pipeline development, accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and sales reporting.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR to drive business outcomes and enable successful customer engagements.

  • Manage all sales activity across assigned accounts, including resource allocation, sales cycle progression, account planning, and deal closure.

  • Engage directly in customer pursuits, including CxO-level presentations, value proposition development, negotiation of pricing and contracts, and complex deal structuring.

  • Cultivate relationships with key alliance partners and influencers to drive strategic opportunities and expand Reltio’s market presence.

  • Deliver continuous coaching, mentoring, and professional development to Account Executives to foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture.

  • Maintain active and accurate CRM data, including pipeline, forecast, and deal stage details to inform business operations and executive reporting.

  • Contribute to field marketing activities and events to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement

Skills You Must Have: 

(Experience & Education | MDM Experience)

 

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience managing teams of six or more quota-carrying sales professionals.

  • Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement (top 10–20% performer in previous roles).

  • Strong experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or other cloud-based solutions to large enterprise accounts.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from initial discovery to close, including contract negotiation and executive engagement.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, analytics, MDM, data quality, data integration, or data management.

  • Proven ability to lead team selling efforts and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive successful outcomes.

  • Skilled in sales coaching, mentoring, and team development.

  • Ability to manage both new business and existing customer expansion opportunities.

  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred), Microsoft Office proficiency, and accurate sales forecasting discipline.

  • Willingness to travel as needed (estimated up to 50%).

 

  • Previous experience with sales methodologies such as RADAR/Complex Selling, TAS, Solution Selling, or SPIN.

  • Experience successfully running field marketing campaigns and events in partnership with Marketing.

  • Prior experience mentoring or onboarding new sales or pre-sales team members.

  • Strong strategic engagement, consultative selling, and business planning capabilities.

  • Strong personal productivity tools including Salesforce.com, Google Applications, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

 

  • Be sure to include any MDM, Cloud, Enterprise, SaaS experience.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. 

Overall Market Range

$352,000 - $475,000 USD
