Job Summary:

The  Alliances Manager Europe role requires a combination of tactical and strategic skills to plan and execute an overall partner strategy for Europe and build trusted relationships with our focus alliance partners at all levels to ensure those relationships can provide maximum value to themselves, Reltio, and our joint clients. The key is to develop and execute a joint GTM with our focus partners that result in new and incremental business. This is done with and through these partnerships  In this role, you will utilize strong management, relationship-building, and sales competencies to set a vision, strategy, and objectives to drive growth.

You will create and own  Europe’s partner development plans, aligned to overall partnership and sales goals and objectives. You must be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships. You will be accountable for developing and progressing a partner pipeline of joint selling opportunities and delivering partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day alliance relationship and activities with select named European partners
  • Direct the alliance management, alliance enablement, and alliance pipeline and  accelerate the solution development and Reltio competencies, sales, and marketing required by the alliance
  • Own and initiate the European  business development efforts and activities to drive and grow partner-sourced and influenced revenue
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the focus partners and make Reltio part of the partner business plan and financial objectives
  • Assess partner needs on an ongoing basis, set goals to meet those needs, track progress, and maintain the relationship.
  • Develop a fast understanding of partners  business, strategy, operations, practices, service lines, account teams, digital efforts, and technology
  • Drive and develop a pipeline of new opportunities with the European partners  to increase market visibility, revenue, customers and extend Reltio’s footprint
  • Drive, manage, and grow joint sales pipelines across all sell motions
  • Understand the competitive landscape and assess strategic opportunities
  • Maintain active relationships with sales development and sales counterparts to proactively address business issues and develop target accounts and identify ways to build and maximize value for both parties
  • Construct a strategic action plan around mutually beneficial business cases and joint target accounts
  • Proactively engage partners regularly to keep Reltio “top of mind” and to ensure they’re gaining business value from the partnership
  • Keep key partner stakeholders up-to-date on Reltio’s solutions to ensure their teams understand our technology and know-how which will enable them to position and promote our joint solutions to end customers
  • Develop partner plays and demand-generating initiatives in the region, collaborating with Reltio and partner’s marketing teams
  • Ensure that the partners are trained and certified on Reltio use cases
  • Act as the internal champion for the growth of the named SI and Cloud partnerships across Reltio

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 10+ years of experience in alliances business development / sales roles across key European SI’s, ISV’s, and Cloud Providers.
  • Proven, multi year experience in the Data Management  domain
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with strategy development, partnership management and development in the technology industry
  • Sales DNA to shape, drive, grow and perform new opportunities; thrilled to help customers buy and solving their biggest data challenges in close co-makership with the Reltio sales team and partners  
  • Reputation and strong network within the Global SI’s and Cloud Partners
  • Experience with developing SI’s and Cloud Partners in the key economies in Europe
  • Can do mentality and proven track record of  high growth performance

 

Skills That Are Nice to Have: 

  • Master’s Degree/MBA or equivalent educational background is preferred
