Job Summary: 

The Sr. Partner Solutions Consultant at Reltio is a channel-first individual contributor presales professional who empowers Reltio’s partners (global/regional system integrators, consultancies, cloud marketplaces, and technology alliances) to create, position, and deliver winning solutions on the Reltio platform. You’ll combine deep product and data architecture expertise with partner enablement savvy to drive joint pipeline, accelerate co-sell cycles, and secure the “technical win” in deals sourced or influenced by partners.  You will be the trusted technical advisor to partner sellers and architects - co-designing repeatable offers, building differentiated demos and POC’s, and guiding joint account strategies with measurable outcomes.  This role involves a deep understanding of enterprise data unification challenges, AI-driven insights, and Reltio's platform capabilities. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Co-sell complex technical pre-sales engagements, from initial discovery and qualification through to solution design and successful demonstration for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Build and deliver role-based enablement for partners (SE, AE, architect), including curricula, train-the-trainer workshops, hands-on labs, and demo scripts; coach partners through demos and POCs to competency.
  • Architect and present innovative data unification and AI-powered solutions that address critical business issues for partner opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver highly customized, compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that showcase differentiated value. 
  • Define success criteria jointly with the partner sales team; stand up POC’s rapidly; guide execution, outcomes, and executive readouts to showcase the differentiated value of the Reltio offering.
  • Align with Partner Managers on territory plans, pursuits, and account strategies; support joint value propositions, solution briefs, and event presentations; participate in partner QBRs to track progress and unblock deals.
  • Orchestrate high-quality technical responses for partner-led bids; ensure solution clarity, differentiators, and compliance with customer requirements; coach partners on best-in-class proposal content.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Reltio’s platform, competitive differentiators, and relevant industry trends in data unification and AI.
  • Channel field feedback to Product and Engineering; influence roadmap with repeatable patterns and integration needs from the partner ecosystem.
  • Mentor partner SCs and junior SCs; share best practices, competitive plays, objection handling, and discovery frameworks across regions.
  • Engage with Product Management and Engineering to provide insights from the field, influencing product roadmap and innovation.
  • Represent Reltio at partner events, webinars, and industry forums; author technical blogs, reference architectures, and community how-tos that elevate partner capability and demand.

Skills You Must Have: 

(Experience & Education | MDM Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience in the enterprise software space, with a focus on data-intensive solutions (e.g., data platforms, analytics, data unification, AI/ML), including 3+ years working with or at channel partners/SIs in a co-sell motion.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of EU data & digital regulations, including GDPR; ePrivacy; cross-border data transfer mechanisms (EU-U.S. DPF, SCCs); NIS2; the EU AI Act; the Data Act; Data Governance Act; and DORA for financial-services partners. Ability to translate these into practical partner solution patterns (data residency, DPIAs, records of processing, consent/cookie designs, logging & incident workflows). 
  • Proven track record of success guiding partners to technical wins in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architectures, data integration patterns, API strategies, and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation, demonstration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to package repeatable solution assets (reference architectures, accelerators, demo kits, hands-on labs) and scale them via partner enablement.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into compelling technical solutions.
  • Experience leading and managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations.
  • Willingness to travel for partner workshops, joint customer meetings, and events.

Skills That Are Nice to Have:  

  • Professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written), including the ability to conduct discovery, deliver demos/enablement, and produce proposals/SOWs in French, is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in or alongside GSIs/regional SIs, consultancies, or VARs with knowledge of partner programs.
  • Practical hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of AI and Machine Learning principles in the context of data unification and analytics.
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, CPG/Retail) and understanding their unique data challenges.
  • Previous experience with Reltio or other leading data unification/PIM/CDI solutions.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in a technical field) preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
