Job Summary:
Reltio is hiring a Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across paid digital channels. You will drive the strategy, and own the execution and optimization of campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and 6sense — with the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth, brand visibility, and pipeline generation.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and wants to build a world-class paid acquisition engine.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, 6sense, and other relevant platforms.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Translate insights into scalable strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Define, track, and report on success metrics to evaluate campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with Analytics and Creative teams to align messaging, ensure smooth campaign execution, and deliver accurate performance insights.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations, highlighting new growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Budget Management: Own and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum impact across campaigns.
Skills You Must Have:
(Experience & Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising. 5-7 years of direct B2B enterprise marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing significant paid budgets and optimizing for efficiency, scale, and measurable ROI.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and 6sense. Certification preferred
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with deep expertise in dashboards, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; able to translate data into insights and action.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a track record of working cross-functionally.
- Proficient in collaboration software (Trello, Monday, etc) and productivity software (Google suite, MS Office).

$121,000 - $206,000 USD
