Job Summary: 

Reltio is hiring a Creative Lead for our marketing team You will define and champion the strategic vision for Reltio’s creative expression and brand identity globally. This role requires a blend of hands-on design leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence to ensure all visual assets drive key business outcomes.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Governance: Define, document, and enforce the global visual design language and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and departments.
    • Infographics: Design data-driven visuals to simplify complex ideas into compelling graphics for web/digital/print.
    • Illustrations: Custom illustrations, icons, and visual motifs aligned with Reltio’s brand guidelines, for web /digital/print.
    • Social Media Content: Static images, carousel graphics, animated GIFs, or short-form visuals optimized for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
    • Video editing - Editing down long-form videos into clips with bumper graphics
  • Creative Leadership & Mentorship: Provide high-level conceptual direction, critical feedback, and mentorship to design resources (internal or external agencies/freelancers).
    • Slide Presentation Decks: Design or enhance slides and presentation templates for internal and external use, including executive presentations, sales decks, and event materials.
    • Event/Conference Assets: Design visuals and templates for keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and sponsor collateral.
  • Strategic Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end creative direction for major corporate initiatives, product launches, and global events (e.g., keynote concept, campaign master visuals).
    • Campaign Graphics: Visual assets for campaigns (digital and print), including ads, banners, and promotional materials.
    • Reports & Whitepapers: Layout and design of long-form content such as ebooks, reports, and customer stories.
    • Event support: Booth graphics/design.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary creative partner for Executive leadership, Product Marketing, and Sales, translating complex business objectives into powerful, unified visual narratives. 
    • Ensure all deliverables adhere to Reltio’s brand guidelines while also proposing new creative approaches that enhance and evolve the brand identity.

Skills You Must Have: 

(Experience & Education)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Art, Design or Visual Communications or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in brand design, with a significant focus on B2B enterprise creative strategy and team/project leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; able to translate business and technical concepts into design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proven ability to lead and evolve a global brand identity, successfully driving and implementing creative changes across a complex organization.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills for handling multiple deadlines and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency in design thinking methodologies and translating complex technical concepts into compelling, simplified visual stories for an executive audience.
  • Expert level in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to articulate, defend, and sell-in creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Are experienced with website design, UI/UX, presentation design, print design, event design, social media design.
  • Proficient in collaboration software (Trello, Monday, etc) and productivity software (Google suite, MS Office).

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing and directing agency relationships and design budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a creative operations process (Design Ops).
  • Advanced motion/3D skills: animating, compositing, rendering, rotoscoping.
  • Photography/videography skills: shooting, editing.
  • Familiarity with motion design principles and how they enhance delight, interactions, and usability.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. 

Overall Market Range

$117,000 - $245,000 USD
