Job Summary:

As a Partner Success Manager on the Alliances team, you will serve as the primary liaison between Reltio, our strategic partners, and their end customers. This role ensures the successful partner-led implementation and upgrades of Reltio MDM solutions by blending deep technical expertise, partner enablement, customer success ownership, and pre- and post-sales technical support.

You will guide partners through the full implementation lifecycle by understanding end-customer business objectives, data strategies, use cases, and ROI expectations, while also supporting solution positioning through demos, proofs of concept, and roadmap alignment discussions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide governance, oversight, and hands-on guidance to partners, helping them design, implement, integrate, and optimize Reltio MDM deployments.

You will collaborate closely with partner delivery teams, end customers, and internal Reltio teams (Sales, Professional Services, Training, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success) to drive adoption, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure long-term customer success. Additionally, you will contribute to partner enablement, documentation, training materials, and best practices that scale success across the ecosystem.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner & Customer Success Leadership

  • Act as the primary technical and success liaison for assigned partners and their end customers across implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner delivery leads and customer stakeholders, aligning technical delivery with business outcomes, value realization, and ROI expectations.
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction throughout the partner-led delivery lifecycle, including risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling.
  • Guide partners on Reltio best practices, implementation standards, and architectural decisions to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Support partners and customers during the transition from implementation to Support, ensuring continuity and long-term adoption.

Technical & Implementation Oversight

  • Serve as a technical authority and advisor with deep knowledge of MDM concepts, integration patterns, and associated systems, providing guidance rather than direct delivery.
  • Provide architectural oversight and design review for partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with Reltio reference architectures and best practices.
  • Review and validate data models, integration approaches, and configuration decisions, offering recommendations to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Guide partners in assessing data quality, profiling results, and remediation strategies, helping identify risks and mitigation plans.
  • Oversee integration strategies across disparate source systems, advising on mappings, transformations, and synchronization patterns.
  • Monitor project health by identifying, tracking, and escalating key technical and delivery risks in collaboration with partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, facilitating resolution by connecting partners and customers with the appropriate Reltio resources.
  • Operate independently with minimal day-to-day direction, receiving high-level guidance for new or strategic initiatives.

Product & Roadmap Engagement

  • Present and review the Reltio product roadmap with partners and customers, aligning upcoming capabilities with customer needs and partner offerings.
  • Act as a feedback conduit between partners/customers and Reltio Product teams, sharing insights from implementations, demos, and POCs.
  • Help partners and customers understand how future product enhancements support long-term data strategy and business objectives.
  • Support sales and partner teams by assisting with solution demonstrations tailored to customer and partner use cases.

Enablement, Documentation & Best Practices

  • Coach partners and customers on Reltio product capabilities, configuration, testing, and integration approaches.
  • Support partner-led implementation activities, including design reviews, testing strategies, and execution of assigned project tasks.
  • Ensure all project and implementation documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Create and review low-level design documents, unit test cases, and implementation artifacts.
  • Contribute to the development of partner enablement materials, training programs, demos, and implementation best practices.

Skills You Must Have:

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
