Job Description Summary:
 
Summary of Duties: Provide overall project oversight on technical and architectural designs, including integration approaches, for Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solution designs. This includes leading enterprise-level projects within a professional services organization to deliver moderate to complex solutions, and managing Reltio deliverables. Support customers and partners by applying Master Data Management (MDM) principles, business use cases, and advanced analytics to translate functional requirements into technical designs within Reltio’s capabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices. Lead project teams, including managing multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams, guiding Customer, Partner, and Reltio teams through decision-making and design considerations. Proactively manage the Customer and Partner design of Reltio solutions, incorporating NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON, and utilizing Cloud integration tools like SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or Informatica to minimize platform extensions and emphasize time to value. Proactively manage Customer expectations of the Reltio platform and its capabilities. Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, both onshore and offshore, through the successful design, configuration, and testing of Reltio solutions, utilizing Object Oriented software application design and development using Java, and ensuring SaaS/Cloud delivery. Support several engagements concurrently. Provide infrastructure and platform oversight, with a focus on architectural designs including Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, and escalation of product issues. Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, Dev Ops, and Engineering, applying experience in leading and delivering solutions within a professional services organization. Develop meaningful trusted relationships with Customer and Partner resources, leveraging experience in Solution Architect Ownership of Enterprise MDM software applications implementations. Act as the primary Reltio representative to each Customer, applying comprehensive knowledge of MDM solutions in daily interactions. Develop repeatable assets, including methodologies, tools, templates, and guidelines, that incorporate advanced analytics business use cases for the enhancement of the Professional Services practice.
 
Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study AND Ten (10) years of enterprise-level experience in the job offered or any IT-related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience may be gained in paid or unpaid positions. Must also have demonstrated experience with: 10 years of experience with enterprise level projects within a professional services organization leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions; 10 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles, business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered; 10 years of experience with architectural designs including integration approaches; 10 years of experience with supporting multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams; 10 years of experience applying Advanced analytics business use cases; 10 years of experience with Object Oriented software application design and development using Java; 5 years of experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) / Cloud delivery; 5 years of experience with Solution Architect Ownership of at least 2 (two) end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle or equivalent; and 5 years of experience in each the following: MDM solutions; NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON; Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST; and Cloud integration tools including SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or Informatica.
 
Salary offered for the position is $187,460.00 - $192,460.00/year 
 
Primary Work Location: 100 Marine Parkway, Suite 275, Redwood City, CA 94065 Remote Position - may work from anywhere within the U.S.
