Technical Talent Acquisition Partner
As Relyance AI’s Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on attracting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent across our technical teams. You’ll join our small but mighty global talent team to build and scale a world-class TA function. You will collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding to align with Relyance AI’s growth.
This is a hybrid role working in our SF Office (44 Montgomery St.) 2 days a week.
As a Sr. TA Partner, your role will include:
- Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of technical positions
- Holding a strategy session with a Hiring Manager to kick off the recruiting process for a new opening
- Using creative sourcing methods based on a recruitment strategy you created to deliver candidates for high level and visible openings
- Conducting a phone interview with a great candidate that you used creative strategy to source
- Working within Greenhouse to keep data clean and make data driven hiring decisions
- Attending a team meeting for the business unit that you support to deepen the business partnership
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
- 4+ years you’ve spent recruiting in a corporate or agency setting
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
- You have a track record of successful recruitment across multiple geographies
- You pride yourself on your ability to create and build upon both long-term and short-term relationships
- You’re goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results across the talent acquisition space
Bonus points for:
- Experience Recruiting AI/ML Engineers
- Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for an Enterprise Software Company
- Experience recruiting in a fast paced, startup environment

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000.
