
Director, UX/UI Design
As Relyance AI’s Director of UX/UI Design, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs that are both effective and engaging. This role will report directly to the CEO.
As a Director of UX/UI Design, your role will include:
- Leading the design of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform.
- Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs.
- Conducting user research to understand the needs of our users.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
- Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends.
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio of user-centered design work.
- Experience with user research methods.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with data visualization.
- Experience with AI/ML.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000.
