Rate: $32-$38/hour based on experience and qualifications.

At Remedy Home Health Care, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (O.T.) to join our team. As an O.T., you will provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients, helping them regain independence and achieve their goals. This role involves directing, supervising, evaluating, and delivering therapy as prescribed by the attending Physician. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement therapy plans tailored to patient needs and goals. 
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. 
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care. 
  • Uphold agency policies and meet state and professional regulatory standards. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Educational Excellence: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy school recognized by the AMA and the American Association of Occupational Therapists. 
  • Credentials: Registered with the Occupational Therapist Association and licensed to practice in the state (if applicable). 
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist. 
  • Dedication: A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
