We are looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and a team player with a love for connecting with new and potential clients. Are you a goal-oriented, driven sales professional? We are looking for a Broker Account Executive based in the Western part of the country who will be a key member of this fast paced and high-volume sales team. As a consultative-sales professional with strong intrapersonal skills, you will be tasked with communicating our innovative solution to key broker/agency partners and helping communicate our solution to their employer relationships. This role requires the ability to nurture and grow strong relationships that demonstrate a high level of trust and competence around our sales solution and process.
Responsibilities:
- Educating Brokers on ICHRA+
- Engage prospective and existing broker partners around ICHRA+ through various campaigns/strategies
- Delivering quotes to brokers on ICHRA+ and clearly communicating the overall solution
- Co-selling alongside brokers to prospective employers evaluating Remodel Health's ICHRA+ solution
- Collaborating with sales operations and launch teams to effectively oversee communication of incoming ICHRA+ groups to ensure successful launch
- Communicating broker feedback to the marketing team to help inform the creation of future content and marketing campaigns
- Closing & Contracting revenue in alignment with sales quota
- Other broker sales responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing solution sales with a history of successfully driving, managing, and closing mid-market deals
- Experience developing strong channel partner relationships and selling through those partners
- Professional experience in health insurance, health-tech or insurance-tech preferred
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed sales quota
- Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, and HR decision makers
- Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health Insurance Producer License
