This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Account Executive, Employer of Record, joining our Americas Sales team. This is a pure hunting role as a Senior Account Executive, driving net new business for Remote.
What you bring
- Skilled in negotiating sound business deals, also excelling in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Strong, consultative style
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently as well take a leadership role working with internal teams / stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders' requirements
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and are proactive in addressing challenges
- Excellent in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- Proven expertise in sales processes, with a strong track record of driving six-figure, multi-stakeholder opportunities from self-sourced leads to successful closure
- Previous experience as a Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Experience in the HR tech / software industry is a plus
- It's not required to have experience working remotely but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth for Remote’s Employer of Record (EOR) solution in the Mid-Market space
- Build key relationships with prospective clients, including with key decision makers and champions, to drive successful outcomes and exceed revenue objectives
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas
- Drive territory planning strategy to effectively work your book of business in tandem with your sales development (SDR) teammate
- Identify, prioritize, and qualify prospects, and drive the sales process to execution
- Self source and drive six-figure opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and senior leadership
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline of value-based, strategic opportunities
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for your territory
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Remote’s Global Platform and services, the market served, and the competitive landscape
- Collaborate and communicate with key departments that support the client process, experience, and support
- Understand the global employment needs of business prospects, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs
- Work closely with the Account Management and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth, post-sale transition for new clients

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $88,300 USD to $248,500 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
