What this job can offer you

What you bring

  • Proven experience in sales operations, or marketing operations with a strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline generation processes and workflows
  • Demonstrable experience with agile methodologies, like Scrum or Kanban, ideally in a project management, product management, or agile coaching role.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with no direct authority, driving collaboration across business analysts, system managers, and BI analysts.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization and manage priorities through influence rather than direct line management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a knack for balancing innovation with technical/process debt while maintaining delivery focus.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, especially collaborating with Sales (Middle-of-Funnel, i.e. Account Executive teams)
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking KPIs, managing performance, and continuously improving processes
  • Experience with demand generation, pipeline management, or similar go-to-market strategies is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a focus on clear planning, execution, and transparency.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the agile coach and project leader for the Top of Funnel squad, driving the team’s roadmap for demand and pipeline generation.
  • Use agile methodologies to organize, prioritize, and manage the squad’s backlog, ensuring a balance between innovation and addressing technical and process debt.
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders across functions, including Middle-of-Funnel teams, Account Executives, and Sales leadership, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of shared objectives.
  • Manage support tickets, ensuring proper documentation, planning, and efficient resolution while maintaining high team morale and effectiveness.
  • Lead regular sprint planning sessions, standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to keep the team on track and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support squad members in prioritizing and balancing their workloads between major projects, day-to-day tickets, and tech debt
  • Continuously optimize team processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Build and maintain detailed documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Act as the point of contact for all Top of Funnel projects, providing clear communication, progress tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the demand generation engine, identifying and executing on opportunities for improvement
  • Act as an indirect manager and coach to squad members, supporting their professional development and performance

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $51,100 USD to $115,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
