What this job can offer you
This role provides the opportunity to drive customer engagement and conversion through targeted personalization and optimization strategies. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in enhancing the user experience and delivering measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with UX and experimentation teams, filling a vital gap in creating personalized, data-driven, and customer-centric online journeys. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Growth Marketing, this position offers the chance to develop expertise in CRO, personalization, and data-driven optimization while contributing to a high-growth, customer-focused environment.
What you bring
- Experienced managing CRO and web personalization programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results, and implementing successful strategies to drive measurable improvements.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, SEO, and Sales, to deliver results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar; strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of UX, testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate implementation and reporting.
- Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance web experiences.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email/CRM principles is a strong plus.
- Experience working asynchronously with global teams is highly desirable
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a high-performing Content, SEO, and Digital Marketing team passionate about data, results, and personal growth.
- Build and execute a strategic personalization program, leveraging your CRO expertise to create tailored web experiences for multiple personas and segments across Remote
- Work cross-functionally with expert teams, including Brand Design, SEO, Website Management, and Growth Engineering, to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution.
- Optimize user flows and implement conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website performance and drive measurable results.
- Utilize tools such as VWO, Hotjar, GA4, and Google Analytics to track, test, and analyze website performance.
- Autonomously manage the end-to-end testing process, from hypothesis development and test execution to reporting and implementation of insights.
- Regularly report performance insights and ROI impact of CRO and personalization efforts to senior management.
- Continuously analyze website user behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversion.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $34,300 USD to $ 77,150 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
