What this job can offer you

  • Join Remote at a pivotal moment as we redefine global employment. As our Staff Performance Video Content Producer, you’ll act as a bridge between Brand Design and Performance Marketing; with a focus on Performance Video Content production.

    In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact video advertising for our most critical campaigns. We are looking for an experienced creative who thrives on iteration, values automation, and possesses hands-on expertise in video production, motion design and measurably impacting audiences.

    You won't just be making videos; you will own the production pipeline designed specifically for high-velocity performance video marketing. We need a strategic operator who can architect a workflow built for testing, learning, and scaling. You will be responsible for building and operating a systematic pipeline that balances the craft of video with the science of metrics.

    You’ll own the full production lifecycle of performance video content, ensuring every asset is meticulously crafted to drive conversion and scale our global presence. As a Staff Individual Contributor you will be expected to own decisions, and through your wealth of knowledge, mentor others. You’ll be part of a world-class Brand Design team and report to our Video Content Production Manager.

What you bring

  • Deep experience in motion design and/or video production with a strong portfolio of high-performing video and motion assets, and a demonstrated ability to move from concept to final execution quickly and effectively.
  • Automate-first mindset - you think in variants and know how to create the tools that will save you time while you focus on the more important stuff. You’re not afraid to jump into technical topics to simplify and scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable creative changes that drive measurable improvements in performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
  • Experience managing production schedules, large campaigns, and video projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ownership over major components of a design or creative production process (e.g., maintaining the ad production pipeline, creating brand and campaign asset toolkits).
  • Deep expertise in adapting existing assets for multiple channels
  • An unwavering passion for raising the bar for design quality, innovation, and experimentation in a performance context.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with particular experience partnering effectively with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.
  • Adept at using AI in video production context, either to simplify their workflow or create their own tools.
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
  • You write and speak fluent english

Key Responsibilities 

Execution & Quality

  • Own end-to-end design and execution of the most critical video advertising assets for performance marketing campaigns, setting a high bar for creative quality and owning the output.
  • Ensure team's adherence to defined video guidelines and toolkits to ensure global creative consistency and quality.
  • Actively contribute to production goals, driving the execution of high-impact motion assets for paid media, social, and digital campaigns, especially when necessary to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Own the execution of the experimentation roadmap for motion formats, storytelling techniques, and design trends to maximize performance creative and conversion lift across all channels.
  • You’ll design modular workflows that allow for the rapid generation of hooks, iterations, and variants.

Communication & Guidance

  • Lead the day-to-day planning, organization, and project oversight for a demanding production schedule, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all video performance ad assets.
  • Act as the primary executor and owner for performance video assets, ensuring they meet both brand standards and performance optimization goals before final delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams as the motion design specialist to ensure seamless workflow and strategic alignment across all projects.
  • You will mentor others on motion design, visual storytelling, and brand integrity, ensuring every ad looks and feels like Remote.
  • You will mentor others in growth topics, using ROAS, CTR, and retention curves to defend your creative decisions or pivot your approach.

Performance & Iteration

  • Leverage performance data and A/B testing insights to continually refine and iterate on creative concepts.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning by identifying creative opportunities based on performance metrics and competitive analysis.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $169,650 to $190,850. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
